INVESTMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE MOTION PICTURE

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The following terms and conditions shall confirm our mutual agreement regarding:
1. The Investor’s financial contribution (the “Investment”) to the motion picture currently
titled THE BIG MOVIE (the “Picture”)
2. Repayment of the Investment and the distribution of revenue from the Picture
3. The ownership of the Picture
4. The rights and obligations of ABC Pictures (the “Production Company”)
The validity, construction and effect of this agreement, and any and all modifications
thereof, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts
entered into within the State of California.
All parties involved are legally and contractually bound by the terms specified below.
1. THE INVESTOR’S FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION
On the _____ day of _____________________, 20____, the Investor contributed
$________________ to the Production Company.
The Investor will receive equity based on total amount they contribute, minus any fees
that reduce the actual amount received by the Production Company. These fees may
include collection or transfer fees charged by financial institutions, The San Francisco
Film Society, Paypal or any entity other than the Production Company.
After any applicable fees have been deducted, the amount of equity contributed by the
Investor on ____________________ is $___________________. This is the total
amount of the Investment.
Together with investments from all other investors and donations from all other
sources, this Investment will be considered part of the TOTAL AMOUNT COLLECTED.
2. REPAYMENT OF INVESTMENT AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUE
FROM THE PICTURE
REPAYMENT AND COMPENSATION FUNDS
All revenue received from the distribution of the Picture or from the sale of the Picture’s
distribution rights shall be considered REPAYMENT AND COMPENSATION FUNDS.
