names include Dresden Street Productions, Diamant Filmed Entertainment, Nationwide Live
Events, SoundForce Records, SoundForce Gospel Records, Columbus Gospel and others.
The company also provides various entertainment-related services, such as concert and live
event promotion, talent management, licensing and clearance services and artist development
services for independent labels, managers and artists.

The Geneve Capital Partners portfolio also includes Valiant Corporate Services, which
provides various media services to businesses - including television and radio commercial
production and placement, on-screen theater advertising and A/V rentals and staging. VMS'
